Function makeTempFile

  • makeTempFile(template): Promise<FileHandle>

  • Create a unique temporary file. The given template must end in XXXXXX, and the Xs will be replaced to provide a unique file name. The returned object is an open file handle.

    Parameters

    • template: string

      Template for the file name.

    Returns Promise<FileHandle>
